Absolutely great hotel, good location, very clean and comfortable and spacious rooms.
Reception staff were great every interaction was first class. Sadly breakfast staff really not good, no warm welcome, food not restocked possibly not their fault as there were only ever 2 on service but a smile would go a long way!

Even the lobby smells good, and they had little mascot plushies for the kids. We stayed in a suite that included a washer/dryer which was so helpful.

Wonderful hotel and property and super helpful staff. Dull neighborhood however, but easily accessible to most parts of Hamburg on foot or using transit.

This hotel is centrally located. The rooms and the common areas of the hotel have a beautiful art deco design combined with modern design. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful room. Located right on the canal. Staff were very responsive and professional. Gave us some great tips for sightseeing. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Very walkable and train/subway stations easy to get to when needed. Highly recommended!!
