Bescheiden, hat alles nötigste, waren zufrieden

- 10 Min.

Hotel is too expensive given their QoS

The staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are clean. Great location, shops, restaurants, and the nearest station is right in front. Good place during rainy days in Hamburg. It was a bad experience or was it just my time to be treated that way. The booking stated that room rate includes culture and tourism tax but still the management ask me to pay it. Making me wonder if booking statements are really transparent to this hotel or not. Sometimes when returning late at night or on a lazy afternoon, the staff could be in their quarters taking a break. Their key management is quite troublesome, its better to bring the key with you or it might end up with another guest.

Goede locatie, primitief hotel

Primitief hotel.

Ventilatore come condizionatore.

Very accessible to public transit.

Friendly and helpful Staff and very accomodating. The rooms were very clean. The rooms toward Steindam Strasse were a bit bright, specifically the two next to the Hotel sign and a bit noisy in the summer when the windows are open as there is no a/c. When asked for Staff gave us a room to the back nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok.
