Super Service, sehr zuvorkommend und nettes Personal. Tolles gemütliches Restaurant mit anliegend. Leider war das Badezimmer etwas veraltet. Auf unsere Reklamation mit dem Bad wurde sofort eingegangen und haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Die Bäder werden auch wohl momentan im gesamten Hotel renoviert. Dies trübt das Gesamtbild nicht und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice hotel in the Hamburg area outside the busy centre. Very near to the bus or underground connections to the centre. Great restaurant and food.
