I stayed one night and it was a comfortable stay. Here are the pros and cons for me: Pros: -The gentleman at reception was polite and very efficient. As the room was vacant he offered me a much earlier check in which was very useful as I had arrived early. -Hotel and the room were very clean. -It is located very close to a metro station, the area is fairly decent and not far from the city centre. It was a cold winter day. The room was quiet. Cons: There is no coffee/tea making facility in the room, which is a standard everywhere I have stayed before. I did not see any bins in the room and had to use the toilet bin for my rubbish. The room did not have a wardrobe. There was a basic rack however. I expect the above basic room facilities of a hotel in this class. Will I stay again? Only if I have to and found no better options.

NIE WIEDER! 50 min Warten in der Schlange für den Check-in. Anscheinend wegen einer neuen Software. Morgens zum Frühstück dann nochmal 35 min in der Schlange warten. Ganz ohne Software. Und im Zimmer lang unterm Bett eine tote Kakerlake. Der war die Wartezeit vermutlich zu lange. Ist den Wartetot gestorben. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Nettes Personal und zentrale Lage an der U-Bahn, gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und schönes Zimmer. Leider hat der Check-In sehr lange gedauert. Hier sollte zu Stoßzeiten mehr Personal eingesetzt werden. In der Nacht war es im Zimmer laut, da im gegenüberliegenden Zimmer gefeiert wurde. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Très bon hôtel. L’unique souci est la longue queue au petit déjeuner aux heures de pointe malgré la très grande salle. Mais il y a vraiment beaucoup de clients car 19 étages.

Værelset opfyldte behovet for en enket ovenatning men ikke mere end det.. Vi ankom 2 påskedag hvor meget er lukket det var comforten på hotellet så også.. som i man kunne ikke en gang købe en kop kaffe.. og servicen fra receptionen var total værdiløs.. det lykkes heldigvis at få en halvkogt kop fra en kiosk nogle 100 meter fra hotellet.. Så Motel One op jer og sæt en automat op til jeres gæster

Soweit so gut.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da direkt vor dem Eingang die U-Bahn Station ist. In der näheren Umgebung genug Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein kleiner Park liegt direkt gegenüber. Leider war die Warmwasserversorgung im 12 Stock etwas schwankend und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

Für 2 Nächte in Ordnung, für deutlich länger ist es mir persönlich zu klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. Personal ist Mittelmaß, sauber ist es allerdings. Leise sind die Zimmer auch. Das Frühstück ist sehr mau und dafür echt teuer. Wir empfehlen 2 Straßen weiter ein türkisches Restaurant mit täglichem günstigeren Frühstück und viel mehr Auswahl. 👍

Das Frühstück bot eine vielfältige Auswahl, leider war der Sitzbereich jedoch oft stark überfüllt, da es zu wenige Sitzplätze für alle Gäste gab. Eine äußerst freundliche und stets gut gelaunte Dame (mein Respekt für ihren Einsatz) kümmerte sich um die Platzierung der Gäste, doch leider musste man dafür jedes Mal etwas warten. Das Ambiente beim Frühstück war daher eher hektisch und weniger entspannend. Das Servicepersonal war jedoch stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und insgesamt zufriedenstellend.

Uno standard insolito per Motel One.

Di tutti i Motel one che ho sempre apprezzato molto, il meno confortevole. Non ha ne il frigobar ne la cassaforte in camera. Stanza piccola e fredda. Il riscaldamento non era attivabile perché per loro era estate ma in realtà la stanza era davvero fredda. Mi hanno subito portato un altro piumino. Gesto gentile ma non ero in campeggio. Mancava la crema idratante in bagno c’era solo il dosatore del sapone e normalmente è presente. Al personale invece va una grande nota di merito. Alla direzione un suggerimento di adeguamento agli standard dei loro hotel di Monaco Innsbruck Colonia Brussels etc. Ne ha bisogno. La posizione va bene. Appena decentrata ma comunque centrale e con la metro all uscita dell hotel. Gli altri Motel one erano occupati i giorni della mia permanenza. Non so se ci ritornerò. Scarso. Un peccato.

Fine but not a favorable location

The hotel was fine and had parking. The neighborhood I would not visit again. I would go for Neustadt or rotherbaum next time
