"Did not stay! Couldn’t park, waited outside in my car trying to communicate with the hotel staff, sent them messages but no answer! I’m disabled and eventually hobbled into reception where the receptionist was hiding behind a monitor. She was of no help so I left and drove on, very tired but found a nice hotel in Bremen with Trivago!"

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."
