Good for a quick stop over. Clean, spacious room with a great menu for breakfast & dinner. Nice lake walk loop accessible on foot from the property. Super service from all the staff. Very welcoming. My only critique would be that the bath towels were thin and not very soft.

The location was ideal for our trip, close to the airport as well as the attractions we wanted to visit while in Hamilton, without actually staying in the busy airport area. We stayed here for 8 days and were really impressed by how beautiful, clean and well maintained the property was throughout our stay. The lake at the back added such a peaceful and scenic touch to the experience. We had made a few special requests when booking, and every one of them was thoughtfully accommodated, which we truly appreciated. The staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to assist whenever needed. Looking back, we are so glad we chose to stay here instead of closer to Hamilton airport. It gave us a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience overall. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. A special thanks to all the staff, especially housekeeping, for their hard work and kindness. You made our stay truly comfortable and welcoming.

Where do we begin? Our personal experience of this hotel was nothing short of perfection. The location with the lake situated behind it was gorgeous (even in the rain). The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The bed was probably the comfiest bed we have ever slept on and the breakfast... The Riccotta Pancakes and the Croissant French Toast were the best breakfasts we have ever had. We'll both miss those greatly. The location is also great if you are wishing to visit Hobbiton as it's only (roughly) a 30 minute drive. It's a good hub point. The town is roughly a 10/15minute walk where you can find some great restaurants (Such as Alpinos!) We cannot wait to comeback.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We needed somewhere easy to stay after our Hobbiton tour and this ended up being an amazing spot. Our room had a lovely balcony with a tree view. The hotel feels brand new and is very well managed. I wish I had gotten her name, but the manager was so helpful and when she heard we were heading north took the time to show us how to pre-pay the toll (which we didn’t even know existed) online. The included breakfast was also great. We would book here again just for the hotel/staff experience.

The hotel was incredible. The rooms were spotless and the amenities were great! We loved the tea and coffee in the rooms. Make sure to book breakfast with your stay because they had the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! We can’t recommend this place enough and cannot wait to come back and stay again!
