“Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet location. The staff were extremely helpful and worked with us on our arrival time. We were originally arriving after midnight but they let us change dates to not arrive so late since they close at 10. Even before changing they were willing to work with us to get us checked in late. Very friendly upon arrival and departure. Clean and cozy rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend”

“Overbooked, overcharged for 4 nights instead of two. Bad Inventory system. Spend 3 hours In the late evening to try and find a solution for the first night. Told them not to cancel my reservation as I only needed to find a room elsewhere for the first night - and they still cancelled it. Had to call Expedia to get help. Already got charged for these rooms btw. So they tell me to come in the next day and I won’t be charged additionally. Now instead of only being charged $280, I’m being charged...

“Running Water”

“The property was in a beautiful location. The balcony looked out onto Annas Bay. The room was in great condition and staff were very helpful. The laundry facility onsite was a game changer after being on the road for a week! Good food and a supermarket were 2 miles up the road. Waterfront at Potlatch is a diamond in the rough.”
