I really liked this hotel. The room was nice and had an amazing view from the balcony. The breakfast featured real pastries, not something prepackaged! The two staff members I encountered were amazing!

Lovely place to stay for an affordable price. The front side of the hotel is on a busy road, but the back side (where the rooms are located) faces out to the bay and has lovely water views. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and had a nice bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll stay here again if we’re in the area.

Admittedly this is an older property, but it is incredibly well-maintained, absolutely spotless and the service is excellent. The rooms are large and roomy, and the balcony with a view of the inlet is a sweet, sweet bonus! Even the bed was great - very comfy. For the frugal traveler who doesn't mind that the decor might be a bit older, as long as the room is clean and the service is good - this is an excellent choice at a mid-range price. 5 stars.

Our stay was pleasant, the view to oyster bay was awesome, room was clean, maid service was efficient. The only negative point is a front desk clerk smoking at side door and allowing it to come through the lobby while trying to enjoy morning coffee and such.

The room had a nice padded carpet which felt so good on stocking feet after a day of walking. The view of the lake from the balcony was unobstructed. Only thing that would keep it from a perfect 10 in all categories is the breakfast. It a wide assortment of breads and pastries, but otherwise blacking a bit.

Located right on the water. Every room has a water view. Front desk person was very helpful and provided us with a discount coupon for the restaurant up the road that was good value. The hotel was good value and breakfast was nice.
