“The hotel is at a perfect location in downtown Hampton and is pretty clean. However, my room #404 never got colder than 80 degrees. I went to the front desk 3 times to make them aware of this issue and all three times was told maintenance would go up and fix it. The 3rd time, they even personally called me and said they went up to the room and it was cooling down, but when I got up there after seeing the fireworks, the room was at 81 degrees. “The room was totally gross. I wouldn’t even recommend for a one night stay honestly. staff were amazing though and very sweet. rooms definitely need an upgrade though and standard cleaning protocol should be followed.”
