“DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. “The location, parking and cleaniness of apartment was lovely. However on our first evening had a shower and water warm, my daughter had one after and water cold. My wife couldnt have a shower as water too cold, also no warm water to have wash in the bathroom sink. Also could not wash dishes as no hot water in kichen sink. On contacting host told water only heated 7am to 9am and between 5pm and 7pm. My wife had to have a wash by heating water with a kettle :( also the smell of drains in the...
