โThis hotel was absolutely amazing. The spa was wonderful, the staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent as were the cocktails. The waiting staff were attentive but not overbearing. The building has been renovated to an extremely high standard but it is still full of character and class. Wonderful. Thank you. โ

โA very enjoyable stay, the room was beautifuly decorated with plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Had a meal in the restaurant first evening which was very enjoyable. Great outdoor and indoor space to have a drink. Poole is a lovely area and we thought this hotel was very good value.โ

โThe penthouse is a great room, no it's a small apartment!; a fantastic space, well equipped with abundant and great facilities and it has a fantastic terrace with break-taking views. However, it is looking quite tired and there were a few issues, i.e. the freezer wasn't working, so we couldn't make ice. The wine fridge also wasn't working. A couple of lamps need bulbs replacing and the blind doesn't work in the bathroom. โ

โThe location was ideal for our travel plans and was a rural, quiet spot. The room was so inviting with dual aspect views and good lighting. There was plenty of parking and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. โ

โAll staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from.
