"We been there several times, and we love it; it's clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly."

"The staff is excellent—friendly, affable, and always willing to find solutions to any issues that arise. The rooms are impeccable, comfortable, and soundproof; they also block out light effectively. The kitchen is superb—clean and equipped with utensils, allowing guests to cook their own meals if they so desire. The beds offer Grade-A comfort and cleanliness, although the sofa bed could use an extra throw blanket to enhance its comfort, as well as a thicker sheet to provide adequate warmth against the cold. The air vents require cleaning; the slats show black traces of grime resulting from the dust circulating through the air conditioning ducts. They need to improve their room reservation service. I paid in advance for the suite I had booked, yet upon arriving at the front desk, I discovered it had been rented out to other guests. This caused me significant distress, as it resulted in my elderly parents and young children being split up—preventing me from being able to monitor their health or attend to any other needs that might have arisen. Despite the uncomfortable atmosphere caused by the ongoing renovations in the lobby, they maintained high standards of hygiene and cleanliness—standards that align well with the price point, and which I hope they will continue to uphold in the future. Excellent location. I recommend staying here, and I promise to use your services again. Plus point: the staff also provides assistance in Spanish."

"This was an okay place for the money - comfortable bed. Breakfast was a joke. Had to move from the first room because tv didn’t work. Second room was better but when I went to take a shower in the morning there were no bath towels! "

"A week before we arrived, I checked to make sure the pool was working. They said it was, but when there were a swim classes on Saturday morning, we could use the pool at the Element across the parking lot. We got there and the pool was out of service for the entire time of our stay. Friday through Monday. The Element pool was also out of service for our entire stay. We were very disappointed . The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. . I would recommend some sort of nightlight because when the lights were off, it was really dark. If you had to usethe bathroom in the middle of the night, it was pitch dark. The area around the bathroom sink is pretty minimal if there are two people. I can’t imagine taking a family to this hotel. The so called closet area was very small. It did not go side to side. It went front to back and was very shallow. My husband and I were going to an event where we had to take some nice clothes and there was barely room for them. The bathroom on the first floor near the lobby had no soap in the dispensers for the entire time that we were there, and the trash was never emptied although I did ask the front desk to take care of it on Saturday night. It was never taken care of. It was nice having a pool table in the lobbysince we could not swim and we had a little free time."
