Amazing Hotel. No way that this is only a 4star hotel. Hotel feels better than most 5 start hotels. Modern, clean, comfortable. Staff amazing. Food and selection amazing. Would always stay again. Only downside is getting a cab from downtown to this hotel because it's a tiny bit off.

Best choice when staying in Hangzhou

We have tried few different 5-star hotels in Xiaoshan District. This is the best one in this area.

酒店非常堂皇，很有氣派。房間寬大裝修很豪華。但入住時與Receptionist要求某個位置的房間，與Receiptionist解釋的很清楚，他也說明白，上到房間，發現就是給了一個不想要的。接著換了個房間，但其中寫字台上方一個冷氣出口發出很低頻的噪聲，第二天換了另一間，坐廁時有很響的滴水噪聲，時有時沒有。接著，外面下大雨，窗框上頭馬上漏水，窗台滴下很多水，因要出去，也懶得再去投訴。另外房間的牆上掛的畫有一幅是歪的，想擺正都沒辦法。其他休閒服務設施，收費超貴，但物非所值。但早餐就非常好，非常豐富，味道也不錯。行政樓層有各種書籍，可點杯飲料，慢慢閱讀，倒也點文化氣息！希望管理能大大提高！另外，幾公里外有大型火力發電廠，空氣差。

広い部屋。シャワーブースがあり、バスタブが円形で大きく、水量が多く、のびのびと浸っていた。7泊しましたが、朝食も美味しくいただいた。スタッフには、いろいろとお世話になりました。次に杭州に行く時は必ず利用します。

Other than the location which is a little bit far away from downtown and business district, I've nothing bad to say about this hotel. Top-notch facility. big and clean room, friendly staff, and reasonable price.

good service. metro line 2 3 mins away . But the breakfast is not good as expected. No fine coffee. Only boiled egg. But the room is fantastic. I enjoy the bathtub

Nice hotel worth the price

Nice hotel, nice and big room with comfortable bed with pool ang gym facilities. A pity no time to use the facilities. Wide breakfast selection. Helpful staffs that able to assist your need. 20mins to the airport cost about RMB 50. Nearby with few eateries and a hair salon. We had a wash n haircut before proceed to airport and cost just RMB 50 for 2. This hotel is Definitely worth the price.

Great Image False Facade

This establishment stands very grand on the outside with a new model Rolls Royce, very impressive, but unfortunately although the staff were throwing themselves at you, they need a lot more in the Catering sector, I tried what places were still open on my arrival at night, unfortunately the Italian restaurant was well below average, I ordered a Green Salad with the feature being marinated artichoke, I had to look for the artichoke I finally found half a piece. Then I ordered the Gnocchi, it was so overcooked I'd even say it was still reacting fro the Microwave zap, 2 out of 10 is being generous. It is a pity as the Hotel itself seemed good. Breakfast, I called to ask what time it closes, they said 10, I rushed down 9:50, I placed 2 slices of bread 3 cycles in the Toaster, and believe it or not they were warmed up not toasted, so I asked the waitress to perhaps remove the sign that said Crispy Toast, it may have come from next door, it certainly didn't come with the job. I managed to get some Cold Beacon and 2 freshly fried eggs on my toast, well warmed bread.
