Excellent!!!

I'm very happy with my stay, the room condition was very clean, all essential toiletries included.Breakfast was decent. All staff were super nice, and willing to provide assistance. I missed my train to Hangzhou due to my flight was delayed on my initial night, so I called the hotel to change my reservation to the next night, the hotel staff was very friendly and willing to change it for me with a small price difference. One note though, I tried 2 of my credit cards, both did not work at the property. Hiking Hotel differently will be stay again when I'm in Hangzhou in the future.
