"Hotel closed for renovations! Could not checkin ! Very disappointed "

"The downstairs lobby was beautiful, but you feel like there was a bait and switch when you get upstairs to your room. The smell was so bad until you opened the window and aired your room. The room was small and made me think it was a remodeled motel. The beds were clean along with the bathroom. Unfortunately I didn’t get to sleep much because it was like sleeping on boards. It was great as a break, but I wouldn’t live in the hotel. "

The breakfast set up was great, the water and coffee bar was always accessible, and the laundry was a wonderful addition. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "
