Very clean & comfortable unit, loved the individual benches outside units & picnic tables to sit & take & take in amazing Mountain View’s from garden. Easy flat 5 minute walk to beautiful spa pools & Hanmer Springs village. Thank you for the lovely loan beach towels for the Spa. Luckily, we didn’t need, but loved the umbrellas hung outside every unit just in case 😄 Friendly owners took over Motel in October, we wish them well with their new venture.

Friendly service reminder and also to advice check-in early is available. Bed is comfortable, rooms are spacious enough for 4 friends. Heat pump able to warm the whole place. Generous carparking space. Pool towels available without any cost. Place is also very clean which is a plus. Thank you for the stay!

My family were very comfortable staying here for the two nights we spent in Hanmer. The beds were very comfy and everything was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly. It was great to be able to have the use of the motel towels for the pools to save us travelling with wet ones. A new frypan that sits flat on the element would make cooking a lot easier. We would recommend staying here.
