"Pulling up to the hotel, we saw broken glass in several spots in the parking lot. The whole hotel has a funky aroma, its a mix of cigarettes and some kind of amonia smell. When we got to our room, it looked like the door had been pried open with a crowbar. We were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness, we switched rooms 3 times. Cobwebs, crumbs on the couch, fecal matter in the toliet, stains on the bedding, bugs crawling out of the air conditioning unit. We were in the room for less than an hour and checked out before midnight. Very disappointed in this Wyndham hotel, I can not believe that people stay here. There were some other things that weren't necessarily dealbreakers but still speak to the upkeep/care of this hotel, such as paint that had been a repair job that didnt match the walls, carpet coming up on the floor, long cords plugged in far away, outdated small television, the shower also was just a higher ridge on the floor with a curtain and drain. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not offer refunds, so you will be out of a place to stay and your money as well. Check out the other reviews and you will see that this is a common experience at this hotel. "

"The property itself is in a convenient location, rooms are basic, no real amenities and breakfast looked good but did not taste good. The thing that upset me the most is they charged me for an entire stay I already prepaid for and hindered my ability to use that card for the car rental which caused pure panic at the rental desk after a very long day of traveling. They had zero accountability other than "sorry" and I would eventually be refunded. While I was refunded days later, I would never come back here because of their lack of care or offering something for their enormous error which derailed parts of my vacation. "
