"The waterpark was veru good. Hot tub in area with indoor pool was very cold.Overall it is a great place for families with kids of all ages."

"The room was pleasantly clean and smelled good. The breakfast was hot which I appreciated a lot. The staff was very friendly! The only draw back was the pool was on the smaller end. It was great being indoors and heated but Saturday night it was very crowded with smaller kids and it was hard for my teenage girls to have room to maneuver around them."

"Stayed here for Spring Break on 9th floor in the suite. The city view from the balcony was beautiful, the room was great. The breakfast didn’t have much to choose from. "

"Front desk clerk was friendly, competent, helpful. Front office area is under renovation, so upon arrival called number posted on door, waited less than 5 minutes for clerk to come from sister site a couple blocks away. We didn't use breakfast here, so can't comment on that. Our room was clean as far as being wiped down good, dusted, etc. But floor needed attention, white bottoms of my houseshoes turned black while we were there for 3 nights. Beds were clean, good pillows, comfortable mattress on one, the other mattress was lopsided. Was thankful for bright lighting above vanity area, unlike majority of other hotels we've stayed in where inadequate lighting makes getting ready very hard. Water in shower was good pressure, and a good showerhead. There was food left in fridge by previous renters, and the sink was almost completely plugged (I felt housekeeping should have been aware of, and had these issues taken care of) - maintenance took care of the sink, housekeeping took the food away. Room renovations were nice. Linens and amenities were plentiful and good quality. Parking lot and outside clean and well lit, felt safe outside after dark. Hotel is right off main highway thru town, convenient to the shows and restaurants we normally frequent. We would probably stay here again."

"No lights in the hot tub, hot tub was dirty. Chair in the room was stained. Breakfast signage said it was available until 11, but before 9am it was being put away and when we tried to communicate that to the staff putting it away, we were unable to communicate our questions. "

"We have no complaints. We were given a suite, to our surprise! Really enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were great!"

"The breakfast select was over the top hut and good. The check in was great as l had to change a room with no issues. "

"Not what I expected! Floor was uneven in room and shower. Rubber shower dam is directly under the shower curtain allowing floor to get very wet! Connecting room doors are not sound proof! Mattress was low and very well used. Coffee maker is 12 cup and packets provided are 4 cup. Buttons on coffee maker worn off so didn’t know which buttons to use. Overall, it seems these rooms are cheaply built, not like the balcony view, luxurious rooms pictured on the property website!"
