"Very nice location to acess"

"I read some very negative reviews about this hotel the night before I arrived. I found it super easy to get to from the airport. 1 stop on the subway and a couple of minutes from the station. Great when I arrived at midnight. Room was large & clean. Smoking room but I never noticed any smell and I am sensitive to odours. Next to elevator but not a problem. Just stayed the one night before leaving Osaka but I would stay here again! Great view in the morning across Osaka & Kobe."

"This is our 3rd time here. Cannot beat the location. Across the street you have a market that has everything you can imagine from freshly baked pastries to meats and sushi. There's also a 711 next to the market that if you know Japan's 711's they have great sandwiches, musubi, and a pretty decent latte, and it's close to the KIX airport. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves a great breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner at a decent price. Daily maid service, or if you prefer not to have anyone come into the room (like my wife), they'll leave new towels, water, and all your amenities in a package outside your door. The room itself is super clean, comfortable bed & pillows, mini-fridge, and the water pressure is super strong. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The staff go above and beyond to help you. On our last day 9/30, we needed a shuttle to the airport and the girl working the front desk-I think her name was Rayna, who by the way spoke English, arranged to have their shuttle take us even though it was not scheduled. That really saved us, thank you! "
