Very friendly and service minded personal in the restaurant/bar. The rooms where spacious and modern but the rroms wher poorly soundproofed, I was woken up several times every night due to people talking in the corridor.

Billig bra hotell

Rent och billigt hotell, personalen inte så jätte trevliga men helt okej för en natt när man reser genom Tyskland till Italien. Bra att veta om det är varm Ingen AC på rummet. Ät inte frukost här.

Camera ok, ma la "colazione inclusa" non è così

All’arrivo parcheggio sotto l’hotel. Non sono molti i posti ma nemmeno le auto. Al check-in ci viene chiesto a che ora faremo colazione. Rispondo alle 8 pensando: ci saranno tanti clienti. Quando siamo scesi il giorno seguente siamo stati soli dalle 8,10 alle 9,00 e ci è stato servito un vassoio anziché il servizio a buffet (con alimenti a sufficienza, per quantità e qualità). Ci è stato detto sia al check-in che in sala colazione che se volevamo caffè o cappuccino dovevamo pagarli a parte (credo Euro 3,50 cadauno). Ci rifiutiamo: se si prenota un “colazione inclusa” non deve essere extra il caffè o il cappuccino, fai pagare di più la camera (poi però magari vado altrove); oppure mi offri il caffè classico della macchinetta, economico e mi chiedi se voglio caffè o cappuccino da bar come extra. Da bere, in sala colazione c’era una caraffa di latte e una caraffa di succo d’arancia. Giudizio sulla camera: pulizia ok, presente un ventilatore poiché manca l’aria condizionata, offerta una bottiglia di acqua come benvenuto, il WIFI è veloce, si dorme bene sui materassi, se capita la camera sulla strada si sente il rumore del traffico. Manca un frigo bar, presente un tablet da usare come passatempo. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, dopo altri hotel della Germania per rapporto qualità/prezzo/servizi offerti e poi per favore togliete il caffè e cappuccino da pagare a parte, ai clienti non piace, si sentono presi in giro quando prenotano una camera con “colazione inclusa”.

Das Zimmer war gut gereinigt worden aber nicht perfekt, die umgebung ist nicht besonders vertrauenserweckend und die unterlagen der anderen Gäste lagen an der Rezeption offen aus, wodurch man wenn keiner an der Rezeption ist einfach an persönliche Daten anderer Gäste gelangen kann.

Schickes kleines Hotelzimmer, sehr sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Lage ruhig, nebenan gibt es direkt einen Netto, falls man etwas braucht. Gerne wieder.

Vi havde ser der var cafe, så troede vi kunne spise der, det kunne vi så ikke😒 så måtte vi ude og køre igen. Morgenmaden skulle være kl 7, og der var vi dernede og ringede på klokken, der kom ingen…3 gange mere for at høre hvornår der var morgenmad, vi fik kontak med en ca 8.10 og så fik vi morgen mad og vi kom forsent til vores aftale

Unser Frühstück wurde nicht angemeldet, die Damen hat dann spontan für uns nachgerüstet und war bemüht. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr hellhörig, das Bad hat eine Renovierung nötig. Das Bett war für zwei Personen mit 1,40 m eindeutig zu klein, aber sehr bequem.

Fulfilled my needs perfectly; good location and close to public transport; room spacious, clean and comfortable; a good bed; shower a bit narrow but functional all the same; friendly, helpful staff; very good breakfast with plenty of choice; the only negative experience was late night noise from other guests, especially a group of young-ish men, presumably a work crew.
