Though there were a lot of homeless in the vicinity that's probably normal for properties so near to a main railway station. Very helpful and friendly staff and very close to the main food street on that side of the track and 5 mins from the old town and its food mkt over the line.

Good, great breakfast

Spacious room with everything. The rooms start to be a bit worn out, the fitness room is not 100% clean, these are the only small remark, for all the rest it was really a great stay, breakfast is 5-stars level.

This hotel was near the train station, and lots of restaurants. I get the feeling they don't get a lot of english speakers, but we figured it out. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. Because the area is near the bus and trains, there are a few homeless out on the streets, but that isn't the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.

Just over 100metres from the main railway station. Superb suite with microwave,sink area,fridge,superb bathroom and very comfortable bed. Excellent and varied breakfast in a nicely laid out dining area. Fourth time staying there and the definite choice if staying in Hannover. 24 hour reception speaking German and English ( maybe more)

We were so pleasantly surprised about this hotel. We had booked it due to its proximity to the main train station but weren't expecting much else. We loved our room and all of its amenities -- it reminded us of a Japanese style hotel where there are lots of room amenities (e.g., our room had 3 sinks, which was very convenient for our group of 4). The hotel is across the street from the back entrance to the train station, so it is very easy to walk through the station (which also has lots of shopping and dining options) to the main shopping district which is in front of the station. We highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else if our travels take us back to downtown Hannover.

Not good cleaning service

The room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. On top of that we found an empty parfume bottle from previous travelers in one of the shelves! Maybe the room wasn't even cleaned before we checked in?

I believe there were bedbugs in my hotel bedding and mattress. I have consulted my doctor, who confirms that the red marks on my body are from vermin. I was forced to fumigate or destroy my clothing and suitcase.
