“Our stay at Te Dalu was exceptional. We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. “This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible. The service wasn’t great however. As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner. “위치가 생각 이상으로 외진 곳에 있습니다. 꼬불꼬불한 산길을 한참 가야해요. 픽업서비스가 30달러였나 그랬는데, 아까워서 요청 안하고 툭툭탔다가 죽는줄 알았습니다. 픽업서비스 받는걸 추천합니다. 직원들이 옛날 식민지시절 옷 같은 제복을 입고 있고, 친절합니다. 다만, 서양인에 비해 동양인을 다소 소홀히 대하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 가실 분들은 복장에 조금 신경쓰시기 바랍니다. 기분이 상해서 체크인 후 옷을 갖춰입고 다녔더니 훨씬 잘해주더군요. 주변경치는 정말정말 아름답습니다. 욕실도 통유리 비슷하게 되어있어서 차밭이 모두 보이구요. 며칠 더 머물고 싶을만큼 좋았습니다. 주변에 아무것도 없기 때문에 호텔 안에서 모든것을 해결해야 하는데, dining on wheels가 엄청 비싸긴 하지만 한번정도는 경험해볼만 합니다.”

“We were stunned by everything at Jetwing Kaduruketha. Our Villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean with a gorgeous view over the paddy fields. The service was unobtrusive but excellent. The food exceptional and our butler (who we called Can Do because he could do everything) was special. We will long remember him and his smile.
