"The hotel situated just outside Harare centre has an excellent ambience with a central coffee/snack bar and well kept gardens around the small outside pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues with our room, but nothing to detract from the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again for our return visits to Harare"
"They had roaches in the restaurant. Next day a guy was sprinkling some powder(most likely poison) around the food. I got sick when I got back home and could only imagine that it came from there. The hallways look old. The room was extremely hot with no ac. They had a portable ac in the room with no exhaust tube that goes out the window, so basically it was useless, as it can’t be used properly. Only plus is that the staff is friendly"
