“You get what you pay for. Reminder this is a budget hotel. However, despite other reviews, staff were really helpful. They answered questions and made sure everyone was satisfied. I will say the hotel was fairly nice for the price. Floors could really use a deep clean, as we had to wear shoes everywhere in our room due to the floors making our feet turn black. “The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo.”

“The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.)
