New facility which is nice, but had to ask an employee to change an overflowing garbage in the dining area (as he played on his phone at the front desk) and room service was clearly in our room (replaced trash bags), but didn’t make the beds..weird.

I actually booked this hotel due them having an indoor pool, and the location near HersheyPark. The staff was helpful, the accommodations wasn’t on the better side. It’s a small family ran hotel. They did have a breakfast in which the family enjoyed.

Very thin walls where you could everyone in the hallway and in rooms next to you, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the fire alarm went off intermittently in the morning for no apparent reason.

Do not recommend unless you are in a bind. There was almost never any at the front desk. When we left there was a sheet of paper with a phone number to call if you needed to be checked in and a small box to leave your key as you left. The room it self was clean, but the elevator was dirty and the entire second floor reeked of indian food the entire time we were there. We tried to call to ask for more towels and found the phone does not work. The pool is closed and maybe needs to be condemned. It is filthy sitting stagnant water. Before I saw the condition of the pool I asked how long it would be closed and was told all week. After looking back alittle farther in the reviews I found the pool has been closed for months. Will not be back.

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and nice. The first room I was given, the tv was broken. He quickly found me another room and was very helpful. The shower had hair in it, but over all the room was clean and very comfortable.

Warm welcome then disappeared leaving desk unstaffed. This was not a problem but was unusual. Property seems new and unfinished. Our room door was not secure. The doorframe “box” where deadbolt enters was missing. Everything was very clean. Breakfast selection normal. Unfortunately eggs and meats were cold. Never saw the staff to ask.
