The entire staff, from the doormen, front desk, and housekeeping were fabulous!! The room was spacious, lovely, and clean. The restaurants in the hotel were amazing!!!

A great location and a comfortable stay. Each room has a fully equipped little kitchen which is great for longer stays. The staff are very helpful and friendly and amazingly, they let us do our laundry for free. I highly recommend this place and would use it again!

It was a good stay overall, the room is a good size for Manhattan and the Financial District a good area to explore from. I’m glad that we went for the Harrison location even though most of my dealings were in Newark. Everything in the area was shut down by 8pm with the exception of the gas station right next door and a nearby quickCheck which was very convenient.
I just ordered room service and the food was gross.
The rest of the front staff were excellent
Seems to be a popular place for NYC commuters to live as it is a relatively quiet suburb with lots of large apartment complexes all near the PATH train station. Nothing much to see, but it fits the needs of someone in town on business or touring NYC.
I would definitively stay there again and recomend it to others.
The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very kind and accommodating.
