Gäste wurden nicht über Covid-Beschlüsse informier

Grundsätzlich war unser Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr fein (ausser der Kaffee- eine schreckliche Brühe!), das Zimmer war sauber und ok eingerichtet. Was für uns gar nicht geht: das Hotel Panorama hat vor einer Woche 2G entschieden, obwohl es erst ab dem 20.12.2021 obligatorisch wäre. Zwei Freundinnen und ich hatten schon lange gebucht. Das Hotel hat uns über den verfrühten 2G-Entscheid nicht informiert und beim Einchecken wurde meine Freundin vom Empfangs-Personal und dem Chef unfreundlich weggewiesen, da sie nur ein Zertifikat eines Antigen-Tests hatte. Sie musste sich selbst ein anderes Hotel suchen, die Kosten wurden uns nicht zurückerstattet. Der Chef hätte dies auf der Homepage so deklariert, es wäre in unserer Verantwortung gewesen uns vorgängig auf der Homepage zu informieren über die verfrühten Beschlüsse. Dieses Hotel kann ich somit nicht empfehlen!!

Im Innern sehr gepflegt, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sauber und gross genug TV Grösse und TV-Angebot gutes ä la carte Abendessen Wunderschöne Aussicht, wenn man den riesigen Pfeiler der Bergbahn vor der Nase ausblendet - Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Duschvorhang!, WC-Papier nur mit sportlichem Einsatz erreichbar) - Kissen nicht wirklich bequem - äusserliche Erscheinung würde eine Renovation ertragen (viel gefärbter Beton) - Schade, dass man in der Schweiz mit Schweizerdeutsch nicht mehr durchkommt. Ausschliesslich ausländisches Personal (Reception, Service, Reinigung, …). Personal war jedoch stets nett und hilfsbereit. - Gesamteindruck anonym / unpersönlich - Balkone sehr nahe und lediglich durch einen Pflanzkübel abgetrennt - Restaurant Gesamteindruck unpersönliche Ambience - Frühstücksbuffet soweit ok, feines Brot als Highlight, sonst jedoch nicht sehr fantasievoll (mittelmässiger Kaffee, bescheidene Früchteauswahl)
