“Hotel looked great online and like a 1970s holiday camp when we arrived with metal staircases and chalet rooms
We also had a lovely guest decide to smash the room up under us and threaten everyone police called not 1 member of staff checking anyone was ok
Breakfast was awful all in all never to be repeated again”

“Great stay however the rooms were not overly clean. It seems housecleaning need to rush to get rooms ready and do a basic wipe over, but it is not really to the standard expected of a 4star hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and grounds and common areas were very nice. Food a little disappointing (plates hot but breakfast not). With some attention to detail this property would be really good 😊”

“Big, quiet room, good bed, towels, and breakfast. Parking is confusing. All-day vouchers for the street parking seemed to be available but it also seemed easier to just Pay by Phone.
The location is excellent, so it’s understandable that there’s no parking provided directly by the hotel and the daily cost is minimal.
The sister hotel is the Crescent Hotel (famous location), which is owned by the same company, and we were ‘upgraded’ there for dinner, which was a pleasant surprise.”
