"Lovely, peaceful place in a great location. The street outside can be bustling with people but once one steps into the hotel it is an oasis of peace. Very clean, helpful and personable staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of tasty choices. Highly recommended. I would stay here again."

"Busy Hotel. Room was adequate, carpet had old stains which didn’t look great. Window view to interior roof, only good to see if it’s raining. Breakfast was chaotic trying to get seated, there was an additional room which helped but was dull. Evenings were okay chillin on the lounge with good tunes. Stay here if you’re on a budget. It did the job, but can’t say I was wowed. Luckily Bergen did the wowing for us, lovely city even when it rained"

"An interior designer had the hotel spend a lot of money on big sliding glass doors and fancy plumbing for our room without a real understanding of how people would live in the space. There were no outlets in the bedroom at all so you couldn't charge your phone by your bed. The glass shower door reached all the way to the ceiling so when you close it there is no ventilation at all, and by the next morning the shower smelled like death. There was a big soaking tub but no plug, and when I asked for...
