โThis was my second visit, and once again I was impressed. The location is perfect, and every staff member was very kind and welcoming. On this trip, I felt their hospitality even more strongly. Especially Hanna, one of the staff members, was so helpful and warm that I still remember her name. If you are visiting Vienna, I highly recommend staying here โ you will truly enjoy the experience!โ

โWe stayed here for our honeymoon and we were very happy with the location, the service and the quietness this hotel provides. We stayed for 5 days in total and too bad we didnโt manage to get the free drinks they offered daily! Iโll recommend anyone visiting Vienna to stay here.โ
โThe room was very clean, and everything was functioning as advertised. Hotel looks and feels brand new. Superior room amenities include a small fridge and Nespresso machine. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom transparent glass. Whoever is in the room with you can see you shower (but thankfully not using the toilet). This trend is not one I support.โ
