"Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you."

"The residence is well kept, modernly equipped with everything you may need. The pool and spa are of course a fantastic addition and can really help you relax during your stay. BUT -The Wifi is terrible. Even with the paid "premium" wifi, I had to cancel my work Zoom meetings and could barely open my emails. It would not be a problem if the 4g was fast enough, but it is saturated during the holiday. -The bed's cushions were quite uncomfortable, very hard and very high - The sewage smell on...
