Très bizarre

Hôtel très particulier à l'ambiance un peu glauque. Le personnel est sympathique. Odeur assez forte et mauvaise dans les couloirs. D'extérieur, l'hôtel ressemble à un hôtel fantôme. Assez déçue au vue du prix pratiqué.

Avec la nouvelle équipe, l'hôtel va pouvoir progresser. La salle de bain est récente mais il est regrettable qu'il n'y ait pas d'éclairage au dessus du miroir, plus sympa pour se raser ! L'eau chaude arrive au robinet après 3 minutes

À choisir sans hésitation

De passage pour une nuit. Acceuil extrêmement sympathique et agréable. Chambre très spacieuse, un peu sombre, avec une déco un peu tristounette. Chambre et sanitaire très propre. Bouilloire à disposition, avec sachets de café et de tisane. Bouteilles deau. Classiques savonnettes, gel douche, gobelets et autres brosses à dents/dentifrices. Literie en état, un peu trop souple pour moi. Couvertures supplémentaires à disposition. Nuit calme. Au petit dej, salle lumineuse, moderne et colorées. Buffet classique mais complet : café, eau froide et chaude, lait froid et chaud, choix de jus de fruits, viennoiseries, pain, confitures, miel, beurre, pâte à tartiner, charcuterie, fromage, yaourts, céréales, etc . . . J'aurai l'occasion de repasser par Morez et je m'arrêterai volontiers dans cet hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement. Bravo et merci

Agréable séjour dans le haut jura

Sejour agréable dans l ensemble. Personnel agréable et souriant. Quelques petits détails à revoir au niveau de la chambre: revetement de sol mal fixé, groom de porte non fonctionnel... Rien de bien méchant cependant!

WEEK END DANS LE JURA

Excellent accueil du propriétaire qui nous a fait la surprise de nous avoir surclassé ce qui nous a permis de bénéficier d'une très grande chambre très calme. Merci. MERCI aussi à la dame du petit déjeuner qui est aux petits soins pour ses clients et très réactive.

Akena hotel à MOREZ - Très bon choix

douche, chambre et literie spacieuses et confortables. Hygiène irréprochable. Personnel sympathique. Parking sur place. Buffet petit-déjeuner très correct. Deux légers "bémols": - l'absence d'accès à un certain nombre de chaînes courantes TV. - l'occultation des fenêtres (volets fermés et rideaux tirés) insuffisante compte tenu de la proximité des lampadaires et des illuminations festives hivernales.

La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur le mur d'en face, je suis claustro donc pas agréable de ne rien voir et ambiance plutôt sombre ! la lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas, les prises difficilement accessible, la télé trop loin du lit conjugual ! lit de 140 trop étroit pour 2 personnes mais bon matelas !

Une alternative raisonnable aux Rousses

Hôtel facile d'accès un fois que l'on a compris la topographie de cette ville à plusieurs niveaux. L'enseigne Hôtel du Commerce nous a fait vérifier l'adresse malgré le logo Akena et l''indication de distance par rapport aux Rousses sur le site de réservation (4,9 km) est optimiste, il faut compter le double sur une route de montagne, roulante mais sinueuse. Accueil agréable. L'hôtel tente de se mettre au goût du jour, les escalier sont un peu raides avec des bagages, mais on nous propose gentiment de l'aide. Grande chambre et belle salle de bain fonctionnelle malgré une robinetterie très bruyante. Le lit nous a moins convaincu avec ses bords durs et désagréables, son matelas mou et l’absence de sommier remplacé par une planche plus courte que le matelas. La route assez passante peut être bruyante lorsque la chaleur incite à ouvrir les fenêtres. Il semble que nous ayons séjourné lors d'un problème ponctuel de personnel ce qui a entrainé quelques petits désagréments (lampe à remplacer, chambre non faite après la première nuit, serviettes non changées, gilet oublié par le précédent occupant), ayant donné lieu à un geste commercial spontané (petit-déjeuner offert). L'environnement reste industriel malgré les efforts fait pour aménager les bords de la Bienne et nous n'avons trouvé aucun établissement ouvert en ville pour diner à 20 h 00 le lundi 20 août. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Allez y les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Accueil très chaleureux. La gérante est adorable et très sympathique. La propreté des chambres est parfaite, le petit déjeuner très copieux. Le seul point négatif est la luminosité car les volets ne sont pas opaques et le manque d'animation dans la ville.
