"I seldom leave any review. This hotel provided not just a clean and nice room, but exceptional care for their guests. When my baggage being lost by the airline for three days after my arrival, the staff, especially Pamela and Margaux made tireless calls to the airline and the carrier, and showed genuine concern, even following up after I've checked out. Their support was invaluable. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro station in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast had a great variety of options. They also have a very cute and friendly cat. Highly recommended for both the value and the incredible service."
