Check-in took more than 20mins. Not very friendly nor customer servicer oriented staff. They finally gave me a key card. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was dirty and not cleaned. Had to go back downstairs to the reception to ask for a new room. That took another 20mins! In the 2nd room, the bed was made but the pillows did not have any pillow cases. Again, I had to go back to the reception. There I asked for them to bring me 2 pillow cases. After dinner outside the ‘hotel’, I came back to the room and found out they dropped a third pillow with pillow case in the room BUT what about the other two pillows? So 3 nights sleep with one pillow. The room is super basic. Don’t be fooled by the pics like me. And oh yes, there is NO airco! When I stayed there it was 32C outside, so it was unbearable at night. They claim to be a hotel but it is certainly not the case. The place is full of students so I felt like I was in a dorm or a hostel. Room has also never been cleaned during my stay of 3 nights. Absolutely not recommended for business travel. Never again.

Péssima. O banheiro com a pia entupida, quarto muito quente, não tem ar condicionado, o ventilador estava quebrado e os hóspedes dão festa, som alto e ficam bebendo até as 2 da manhã. Reclamei sobre isso e me disseram que eu podia ir nos quartos para reclamar diretamente com as pessoas. Atendimento péssimo, depois das 10h pm não tem um responsável para resolver nada. Não indico de forma alguma.

Dépannage seulement

Ça a le mérite d’exister et de proposer un logement abordable. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Kitchenette pratique, logement spacieux. En revanche les finitions sont abominables, il n’y a aucune déco donc ça donne la sensation d’une école abandonnée ou d’une chambre d’hôpital psy. Le soir c’est évidemment bruyant (étudiants oblige), et sans clim c’est à proscrire en cas de chaleur (je n’ai pas eu de chance sur ce point). Pour le prix ça dépanne, mais je ne reviendrai pas.

Ne vous faites pas avoir par les photos... la chambre dite "deluxe" était une chambre limite en chantier avec des marques partout, même pas de porte de chambre, des rideaux transparents au premier sens du terme et au RDC ce qui signifie que toute la terre peut voir votre vie ! Bien évidemment impossible de séjourner dedans donc après avoir demandé heuresement on nous a donné une autre chambre de type 'cabane" qui pour le coup avait un bon rapport qualité/prix. Ensuite signalétique inexistante, il y a plusieurs batiments donc impossible de trouver sans demander à x ou y et ça fait perdre un temps fou ! Bref, heuresement que la nuit était à 60 mais quand on vend une chambre "deluxe" et qu'il n'y a même pas le minimum syndical cad la tranquillité c'est honteux :)
