Everything about this stop was perfect... our regular stop on the road trip between Adelaide and Canberra to visit family. Really comfortable, clean, good bed and shower. And, best of all, NICE PEOPLE.

From the friendly checkin to the availability of a washing machine and dryer there’s nothing to fault. Lovely clean room, nice shower and comfortable bed and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Our only negative would be the parking, although there’s a lot the uneducated who park other guests in was our only worry. We knocked on the offenders door and They moved but seemed totally oblivious to parking at the side of the room for them to park in. If you’re in Hay I highly recommend staying here. There’s a restaurant onsite which we didn’t need as we have family in the town but we opt to stay here because the staff make the stay enjoyable
