"Everything about our stay was great, and we really enjoyed it. My only comment is regarding the information on Expedia, which states that pets stay free and parking is free. This wasn’t the case — the hotel charges £50 per day for a dog and £40 per day for parking. I’m not sure whether the incorrect information is coming from Expedia or the hotel, but I would recommend checking directly with the hotel rather than relying on the Expedia listing, as these are significant additional costs."

"From the warm cheerful greeting at reception to the reluctant departure, everyone at Ockenden Manor did their employers proud. The hotel itself was classy without being stuffy. The spa offered outstanding facilities and was spacious enough to never feel crowded. I return to the subject of the staff, who were amazing throughout. Always thoughtful, welcoming and helpful. This is an exceptional place that I look forward to revisiting."
