“I’m so impressed with this hotel! Clean, fresh, and modern with gorgeous prints of the Emerald Isle throughout. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly. It looks like a happy team of people which is really nice to see. My room was cosy and met all of my needs. Great shower with water that came quickly up to temperature, a neat little heater to warm the room (very welcome as it was 2 degrees outside!) the location is secure, and the amenities were great. “The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . ”
