Stayed here for one night. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable and it’s got a nice shower as well. The breakfast was good too. And there are some nice pubs around the area if you fancy getting out for a bit. I would recommend it to anyone to stay here. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The property is in an excellent position as it's only a short walk to the shopping centre, bars & restaurants. It has a multistorey carpark with an entrance close to the hotel entrance. The hotel is very well presented in the bar & reception areas. The breakfast area was excellent with very good service from the staff. The twin room we had was a good size & very clean. The room & bathroom are getting close to needing refurbishment but are perfectly funtional if you are not looking for extra luxuries like toiletries etc. I would stay here again as it is perfectly placed for a visit to the Skydome to watch my team play ice hockey.

They were having problems with the water system. This caused very noisy pipework at 4am and then no water for showers in the morning. Reception apologized but did let slip this was not the first time.

We had dinner in The Queen's Road restaurant . The food was excellent and our wait staff, Basanta and Darren were wonderful and very accommodating. My only complaint would be that I feel parking should be free for paying quests.

Car parking was fine, in the car park next door. Friendly greeting. Enjoyed dinner, and breakfast following morning. Very good staff in the restaurant, attentive and friendly.
