“Best hotel in Lubbock. Nice rooms, restaurant, grounds. Wish the rooms had microwaves and a hot tub would be nice. Otherwise perfect.”

“Mean staff in the morning. Not super clean. Major maintenance needed. I think this is the best you can find in Lubbock anyway. Asked for Breakfast and they said they’ll deliver it to my door but they never did and I had to leave to my meeting without eating. Unfortunately not too many options.”

“we stayed in a family suite. The room had not been vacuumed and lots of dust, dirt, hairpins, etc on the floor. There was dust everywhere and glass on the inside of the room windowwas very smudged. We called the desk and shared about the floor. they came immediately and vacuumed. They offered to mop the floors but the vaccum picked up all the debris. We did not make them clean window as we had the blind down most of time. (West sun heat). The staff was very nice and brought us some water...

“Clean room with comfortable bed. Good selections on hot breakfast.”
