"Pet friendly and great location, walkable to nice coffee shops and a nice park. Reception staff was really nice. Cleanliness was decent but could be improved - since I stayed with my cat, he got into less regularly cleaned places like under the couch and behind the bed. "

"Super clean, as one expects in a good Japanese hotel with generous items, full kitchen, separate bedroom, etc. Hope to stay again."

"The good: clean room, great view of the lake, the pools, the location, pet-friendly. The not so good: unfriendly staff at check in, noise all night long (until at least 2 am), saggy mattress that hurt my back. There were people partying and shouting all night long, running through the halls, etc. I called the front desk around midnight and they said they would solve the issue but the noise continued. I got very little sleep. I wouldn't stay here again."

"No amenities not good with the amount of better places having better facilities for same price."

"We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay right in town to be close to amenities, restaurants etc."

"The price was reasonable but make sure you ask for a ground floor room if stairs are a problem. Also, the noise of the many trains that announced themselves multiple times during the night made me wish I had brought really good ear plugs! Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable!"

"The resort was very clean, family friendly, and quiet at night, with a simple and elegant design. The hot water dispenser was very convenient. They also provided disposable slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cap, which was a pleasant surprise—I’ve never seen such thoughtful amenities offered at accommodations in Canada before."
