“Very helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely rooms. Great location.”

“Friendly staff, comfortalble bed, good amenity.”

“Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned.”

“We stayed 2 nights. Good location 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check-in was through a kiosk that wasn’t intuitive. Once we checked in, the key cards to the hotel room stopped working and had to be replaced. Then the AC stopped working on the 2nd night. Parking is also difficult in the town.”

“Paolo and Idoia were wonderful hosts! Very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely return if I get the chance! Thank you--Tati and Rob send our gratitude!”

“Lovely pension in the old city! Fantastic location for walking around, right in the middle of everything, a charming little balcony, and the room was still super quiet when the window was closed. Brand new and lovely renovations, a towel warmer(!!), nice shower with great water pressure, mini fridge and small coffee maker. Additional appreciation for the lovely reception staff person who kindly answered all my questions and helped me find things I was looking for even on Sunday when everything...

“A limpeza da propriedade é, de fato excelente. De se notar apenas que os colchões estão precisando de troca, nota-se um afundamento excessivo. O quarto tem uma pequena e agradável varanda havendo porém, apenas uma fina cortina de algodão, tapando os vidros da respectiva porta. Isso faz que, com o alvorecer, o quarto fique absolutamente claro. Quanto aos funcionários não nos encontramos com nenhum.”

“It was a great hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Our room had a great view of the theater with its beautiful fountain. Super comfortable and easy to access. No parking but a couple of options near by.”

“Instrucción to the building and room were clear and easy friendly. Room and bathroom assigned were super clean. I will book again at Pension El Puerto!”
