โWhat a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. Frรผhstรผck gab es eine Art Kรคse (Hobelkรคse), Assugrin gibt es nicht, oder sie wissen nicht, was es ist (vielleicht eine sprachliche Barriere), sie haben Sinalco zero. Beim Check-in muss man selber online einchecke mit Dokumenten-Nummer. Das wรคre noch einigermassen okayโฆ. mich ignorieren, aber meinen Partner wie einen Kรถnig behandeln finde ich...
โLovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldnโt help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. โ
