โWhat a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. Frรผhstรผck gab es eine Art Kรคse (Hobelkรคse), Assugrin gibt es nicht, oder sie wissen nicht, was es ist (vielleicht eine sprachliche Barriere), sie haben Sinalco zero. โLovely hotel in a great little town perfect for our needs. They have no staff for check in/out but fortunately someone was at the desk when I left my phone in my room while rushing out for a bus. Despite the language barrier she was my saviour and understood my predicament ๐ โ

โVery easy process to check-in. When the machine gave us only one card instead of the 2 asked, the on-call person was very responsive and friendly. The room was amazing, the Kitchenette perfect for our stay. There was water in the fridge, coffee and two apples. The bed was super comfy and shower great. Parking right in front of the facility made it also very easy and comfortable. Would 100% stay there again and recommend. โ
โLovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldnโt help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. โ
