“Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again…. Yes the girl who works the mid-day shift was great, but that’s not enough. The breakfast isn’t worth €22, my bathroom smelled like rotten fish, the bed/mattress wasn’t great, and the AC didn’t work the best. Like using the remote shouldn’t be hard but it wasn’t functioning the way I expected with the buttons I pushed. Annoying. “The room was clean and quiet. We felt relax and recharged. No bad points. Efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend!”

“Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the hotel a little. However, I was very disappointed with the handling of my lost item inquiry. When I contacted the hotel, the front desk simply instructed me to send an email. Despite providing a detailed explanation by email, I did not receive any response whatsoever.”

“Housekeeping left the window open, and the room was full of mosquitoes — I got more than 10 bites and couldn’t sleep at all. I ended up spending the night in the lobby. Room 101 felt like a monkey cage since it can easily be seen from outside, offering no privacy. No one took responsibility, and the response from the staff was slow and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.”
