"We stayed at the new section of the hotel called the loft. Our room was fabulous - large and well decorated with ample cupboard space and a comfortable sitting area.
Breakfast was copious with a considerable variety of choice.
The staff however was not up to par. They did not give us a key to enter the hotel from the garage which caused us some difficultly when we arrived; they failed to tell us we needed to make a reservation to use the sauna; and they forgot to have our room cleaned. We...
