Top Hel Peninsula Hotel Reviews

Liberum Residence
8/10 Good
"Great breakfast , clean room and good location. Definitely a place to go back to if coming to Gdansk again. "

Hanza Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel situated in perfect location across the Motlawa river and walking distance to virtually all amenities "

Grano Apartments Gdańsk Residence
6/10 Okay
"Room was great, location was great, we had wonderful massages in the spa, and we got A LOT for the prices. However, I was really disturbed by the fact that the apartments only lock from the outside. So, if one person goes out at night (as my adult daughter did), the other person is locked inside. In the event of a fire or other emergency, you would be in huge trouble. I do not know how this is even legal. We asked for two keys and were told that was not possible. This is shocking and for that reason alone I cannot recommend staying here if you are more than one adult person.

Fama Residence
8/10 Good
"Lovely clean room and although location was perfect due to us facing Main Street very noisy the whole night. Reception unmanned several times during our stay too. However would recommend this hotel for location and value for money"

ARCHE Dwór Uphagena Gdańsk
8/10 Good
"The hotel is perfectly located, the facilities are great, lovely bar, free pool/billards table.
Our room was so incredibly dusty though...the surfaces were grey, and the amount of flying dust when the sun caught it was crazy! It triggered my asthma, it was so dusty.
We tried to buy breakfast in the hotel restaurant on 2 different days of our stay but their card machine was down both days, so try and keep some cash handy for in hotel purchases."

Grano Hotel**** Gdańsk Old Town
10/10 Excellent
"The stay exceeded our expectations.
What an amazing location to explore old town from. It's just on the edge of the old town so it's quiet & peaceful, and all the action is just around the corner.
The room and furniture, bathroom fixtures, public areas amenities are immaculate. We were welcomed by incredibly hospitable staff. While we are adventurous travellers who are OK with less-developed places and some language barriers, this was a very comfortable way to end our Middle-Europe journey.
The hotel restaurant also exceeded expectations with a charming waiter who took great care of us, and the vegetarian options were tasty. I don't rave about hotels very often but I cannot imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to Gdansk (which will happen, we did not have enough time here)."

Radisson Hotel & Apartments Gdansk

"Perfect location next to the water and all the bars and restaurants
Very busy hotel and area but extremely quiet
Very safe for solo travellers"
