The front desk clerk was friendly and informative. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was great! The breakdast buffet was over the top, it covered most every food choice! This stop made our flight layover very pleasant. The shuttle from and back to the airport was a blessing. I highly recommend this hotel and their long list of amenities! Thank you!

The Pilot Hotel is as described an airport hotel. It has a convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport which was my main reason for booking there. I had not expected it to be in such a residential area quite far from any amenities when there are other hotels near the airport which are better placed for these. The room was on the small side but breakfast was good and varied.

Wonderful place to stay near airport

This place is a short walk from the tram. It’s clean and comfortable with a cute, retro exterior. They even put out a great hot breakfast starting at 5 am for early travelers and a cold breakfast as early as 3. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

One Night Long Layover

Overnight stay due to Long layover. Small but clean room. Food at hotel is expensive but convenient. They do not supply anything extra such as disposable razor, etc… Breakfast is wonderful. Staff is polite and helpful. I will stay again.

Good value and very close to airport

Keenly priced room. Quite small with kettle but no tea or coffee. Loads of parking and just 6 minutes drive to the airport. Food in restaurant was very good. Breakfast was very basic but good value. Would happily stay here again.

I was skeptical at first, but this hotel turned out to be perfect for our overnight stay. Free airport shuttle, surprisingly good breakfast, and a clean, comfy (though small) room. I had a late-night Caesar salad from the restaurant that was delicious. The location is great too just a 15-minute walk to the Jumbo mall. Best of all, when I forgot my phone at the lobby, the staff made sure it reached me at the airport right away. Excellent service!
