“If you plan to stay, especially a non-German speakers, check-in early before staff get off work. It will be somewhat difficult to find your room and keys. We are lucky that there are ground staff still working and called the manager to come for check-in. Otherwise, it is a fantastic place to stay.”

“It was comfortable to stay”

“There wasn't electronic tea pot, tea and coffee provided for service in the room. ”

“The guy at the reception was sick with a runny nose, absolutely in no condition to handle guests. The restaurant down the street is worth trying, I had the best apple strudel ever! The spa was ok, you have to pay extra for the robe and towels. This place showed up on Expedia as a hotel for Zurich, pay attention, it is an hour drive deep in country side in Germany!”

“Arrived very late in the evening but there was a lady serving late arrival. Even she had prepared a food for the day.. Wonderful and very nice service ”

“Wonderful staff and breakfast. Beautiful surroundings ”
