"Clean is good. Minimalist room. No extras. Due to purchasing thru a 3rd party (Expedia) when my situation changed and was only able to stay one of the two days I paid for, a refund adjustment could not be given. They indicated a refund could have been possible if stay was purchased directly thru them. Online purchase indicated no prepayment needed. Card info required to hold room. At 3am the night before stay started they ran the card anyway for both nights and said this was required. Something is amiss here."
