"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"The staff was fantastic and friendly. The café was great. My only complaint is that the desk closed at 4:30 or 5, which was a little inconvenient. But our overall stay was very nice."

"I was recommended this hotel from friends and I am glad I stayed here. By FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Germany as an American. Very kind, friendly, and helpful owner with his family here. Free breakfast with a great selection and spread of foods, drinks, coffee etc. The room was immaculately clean, as is the entire property.
